Bill Gulker is an experienced automotive engineer and motorsports photographer based in Detroit, Michigan.
He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from The Ohio State University. Over the course of his career, Bill has worked with General Motors and Ford Motor Company, serving as an Aerodynamicist and Aero-Acoustic Technical Specialist. His expertise spans advanced vehicle aerodynamics, acoustics, and performance optimization.
Beyond engineering, Bill is a passionate and accomplished motorsports photographer with extensive experience shooting at racetracks across the United States. His portfolio includes major racing series such as IndyCar, MotoGP, Formula 1, MotoAmerica, IMSA, NASCAR, American Flat Track, World of Outlaws, ARX, and various vintage and grassroots events.
Driven by a lifelong passion for motorsports, Bill has provided photography services for organizations including Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Road to Indy, and Motorsport.com. His work captures the speed, emotion, and precision of the racing world—both on and off the track.
